CCP knows there are issues, they have said they are going to hotfix the issues ASAP, and there isn't a damn thing your incessant bitching is going to do to speed that along.
HTFU, CTFD, sit your ass in that damned chair and play the ******* game or go play some other FTP game until this one gets fixed to your satisfaction, or at least to the point you can tolerate it.

Oh, and in case you don't know the extent of just how bad things are, here's the list for Day 1:

- Inconsistent pricing for Heavy Basic Prototype frames
- Minmatar Scout has 110 melee damage instead of 120
- Republic Scout mk.0 has low and equipment swapped around (should be 3/2, is 2/3)
- Minmatar Assault bonus to clip size is not applying
- Various Heavy frames (Sentinel, Basic and Commando) have incorrect colour schemes
- Amarr and Gallente scout descriptions are reveresed
- Commando mk.0 has three high slots instead of two
- Amarr Commando has 450 armour, should be 480
- Minmatar Basic Heavy Frame has a shield recharge rate of 8.5, should be 20
- Multiple reports of shotgun and Ion Pistol damage not registering correctly
Seriously. It's no laughing matter and the community has every right to be angry as hell about this. I had previously said it during skype conversations but I was always of the volition that, while it was necessary, racial parity would just compound our problems and it certainly did. We can't even begin to comment on correct balancing or even submit accurate feedback because -literally everything is broken- (save for the Caldari Assault, incidentally).
It's not QQing, it's a response to a very, very bad situation and considering that they had shown us spreadsheets indicating the INTENDED changes, they practically failed an open book test with three months (two if you subject vacation time) of preparation. This is not good and it severely needs to be rectified. It's not about whether or not a fix is coming at this point, it's about how long it's going to take. The community's patience is already very thin, it's been tried and tested; every single point release that has come out has tested the community's patience and trust.
Suffice to say, Fan Fest may very well be the final straw for many of us. If CCP showed a big box of cool stuff at Fan Fest, I don't think anyone is going to believe they're actually capable of doing it anymore. We're looking for proof, not promises.

That effort could be directed to more productive (?) discussions, such as wondering why after all the bullshit about TTK being too short, why there is a sudden hotfix for a 20% decrease in heavy frame HP.
